Q: Where can I obtain an application?

A:The following options are available

■ download the application
■ pick up a copy at our office located at 3rd Floor ITC Bldg., 590 S. Marine Corps Dr., Tamuning, Guam 96913

Q: Who can apply for CLTC land?

A: Anyone who meets the following requirements can apply.

■ Must be 18 years of age or older.
■ Must be a Native Chamorro or a descendant of a Native Chamorro.
■ Must pay a $50 non-refundable fee to process application.

Q: What if I already applied for CLTC?

A: Call our office at 649-5263 Ext. 400 to find out the status of your application

Q: What if I don’t live on Guam but I’m interested in your program, can I still apply?

A:  Yes, you may still apply as long as

■ you are 18 yrs of age
■ a native Chamorro or a descendant
■ and must pay the $50 non-refundable fee to process your application.

Q: I’m a CLTC applicant and I’m leaving the island for a couple of years. How will I be notified if you reached my application?

A: 

■ We notify you by phone or mail out a letter.
■ Please keep your contact numbers and mailing address updated.
■ You can also assign a special power attorney to someone who is on Guam to update any information needed.
